Use your locks!

I just wanted to remind to the residence of St. Clair Shores to lock your vehicles up when you go into a store or even in your own driveway.  We have seen an increase of Larceny from auto police reports taken from our residence.  People are losing their laptop computers, GPS units, cash, I pod’s and even wallets and purses.  There have been a few kids chased away by neighbors but it is happening all over the city.  Apparently the suspects aren’t really breaking into the vehicles if they are locked but it doesn’t mean they can’t or won’t, it is best if you just don’t leave any valuables in your vehicles at all.  If you do leave valuables in your vehicle try to keep them out of sight and keep your vehicle locked all at times, even in your own driveway.  It could save you a lot of money and frustration.
